Starting a series of mind dumps

I’ve decided to start a new series on my blog. I’m going to be focusing on taboo, misunderstood and heavily opinionated topics.

The title will be “We should stop:” where I will share my thoughts and feelings on a range of topics! I would absolutely love others to get involved and share their thoughts and experiences too!

If we keep talking about topics that are awkward, weird or unusual then one day for future generations, things will get better and we can openly talk to one another comfortably and happily!

I have noticed while talking to friends and family that some topics are avoided and even frowned upon! I don’t think this is healthy…understandably people avoid some areas as maybe perhaps they have been through certain experiences that make the discussions a bit uncomfortable and or triggering. It’s ok to feel that way, never push yourself too far and make sure you are taking care of yourself FIRST! I also want to create an atmosphere where people are comfortable and or would like to talk openly about the fog in their brain…

I am more than happy to discuss and talk so please reach out on social media; I am unable provide any professional help at the moment however, I can provide a listening ear and offer assistance in finding professional guidance/support if you require this.
